Privacy Policy
This site is operated by David Matousek, author of The Agentic Shift and the Agentic-Oriented Development methodology. This policy explains, in plain language, what this site measures, what it does not, and the choices you have. There are no user accounts here and nothing to sign in to, so there is very little to collect in the first place.
What we collect
The site uses privacy-preserving, anonymized web analytics and sets up no profile of you. When a page loads, Vercel processes your IP address transiently to estimate an approximate region for aggregate counts. That IP address is not stored, is not written to a log you can be identified from, and is never tied back to you as an individual.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymized usage of this site, including page views, click events on a small set of named CTAs, and scroll depth on book chapter pages. Vercel Web Analytics collects no cookies, no personally identifying information, and performs no cross-site tracking; all events are aggregated at the dashboard level and cannot be tied back to an individual visitor. The upstream privacy policy is published at https://vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy. Visitors who prefer not to be measured can enable the browser-level “Do Not Track” signal or install a content-blocking extension; the script fails silently and no fallback measurement is wired.
What we don’t do
This site sets no cookies. It runs no third-party trackers and no advertising networks. It does no cross-site tracking and builds no advertising profile. It does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone, because it does not collect personal data to begin with.
